Seabreeze Hotel

Great location, with a room big enough for my family. Was nice to have a pool.

The rooftop patio has so much potential, but needs some work! Would have loved a breakfast option :)

The hotel was incredible value for money, the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate for us - kept reception open past 11pm to allow us to have a late check in, bought us new towels by the pool and offered us transport. The room and en suite were very clean, there was both an air conditioning unit and 2 ceiling fans. On top of this, the hotel was in a great location, only a 2 minute walk from the beach and there were lots of restaurants nearby.

Swimming pool was ok, but not the cleanest (most because of the weather, leaves were flying and falling into the pool). Some noisy neighbours (not the fault of the hotel). I think in the place where there are others relaxing, you need to be quieter

The location was great, right near the palm tree hill and turtle beach, the staff organised a scooter for us so we could explore outside of mirissa

The room is possibly one of the dirtiest rooms we had stayed in, the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower was filthy, there was a soap bar with someone else’s hair stuck in it, the smell was horrible, the towel for the floor was already dirty which made us think it hadn’t been cleaned at all. It’s a shame as the bedroom part had good enough facilities to make a budget stay alright, but the cleanliness was a massive let down

Friendly staff. Cosy setting. Everything you need even though the room felt a bit small at first.

The room was a bit untidy when we arrived but they cleaned it a bit more when I asked.

Location was about 15 mins walk to the main part, not too bad. Old soap left int he shower, hair in the shower but wasn’t really a huge issue just worth noting!

Location is good and the receptionist is very kind

There was no hot water in the room. One of the beds was broken, they changed us to another room with another broken bed. Not exactly the hotels fault but there were guests sitting by the pool drinking, playing music and shouting until very late, we had to complain a few times until they were sent up.

Worst hotel ever seen

Worst hotel I have ever seen , the staff is highly egoist and attitude lady . Never bothered to hear the requirements of customer. No hot water for taking bath , no blankets was given inspite I requested to give as I had small kids . I paid for AC room but dint used AC as the blankets was not given . Uncleaned swimming pool , no water bottle was given ,no TV remote.. I stayed for two days dint clean the room/toilet or changed the bedsheets on the whole such a worst hotel ever seen.. don't go and waste your money there

Had the most amazing time in Mirissa thanks to sea breeze hotel. They gave us a first class service. I only booked a single room but took my family with me hoping for availability. They gave me and upgrade into the double room and a spacious family room for my folk. Would definitely visit again with my friends. ?????

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a positive and enjoyable stay.

Had a nice holiday. The hotel staff were wonderful. Food was really tasty and good large potions. Room was clean and nice. Privacy is high. I recommend sea breeze hotel.
